Q. Do
you sell direct to the public?
A. All our customers are important
to us, whether it is an order for 10
or 10,000. For unprinted stock
orders below 100 units, please place
your order online. For all orders
above 100 units and printed items
please contact us or
call 1850
822 922.
Q.
What delivery options are there?
A. All Rainy Day Solutions orders
with a value of 10.00 Euro or below
are dispatched via An Post Packet
Delivery. All other orders are
dispatched via An Post Parcel
Delivery up to 20kg weight. For more
urgent deliveries we can arrange for
delivery by courier.
Q.
Are there discounts available for
bulk orders of raincapes-ponchos-raincoats?
A. You will find Rainy Day Solutions
very flexible. For large orders we
offer very competitive pricing
packages which can be accessed on
our Trade Page or
call
1850 822 922. Please speak
with the sales office for further
details.
Q.
Can you supply other colours?
A. Yes, many of our customers
require bespoke colours for their
promotional rainwear. Provided you
can supply Rainy Day Solutions with
the correct Pantone reference code
we can usually fulfill your
requirements. However there is a
minimum quantity of 5,000 units.
Q.
Can you brand or logo print rain
capes - ponchos?
Yes all rain capes and ponchos can
be printed. These are done during
the manufacturing process. However
there are minimum quantities of
5,000 units.
Q.
What are the lead-times for branding
or logo printing?
A. As the products are manufactured
overseas, we require 12 weeks for
sea freight and 6 weeks for air
freight.
Q. If
I need my logo printed on a raincape
- poncho - raincoat, what artwork is
required?
A. All artwork must be sent via
e-mail to info@Rainydaysolutions.ie
in a 300 dpi pdf or eps format.

What are your payment terms on large
orders and printed products?
A. Please see section 4 in Terms &
Conditions.
Q. Do
you deliver under plain cover?
A. For bespoke orders, all
documentation will be removed on
request and boxes marked to your
instructions.
